We have seen an iPhone steampunk a while ago and now this trend is back, this time with the Rotary mechanical smartphone, designed by Richard Clarkson. This phone comes with two interchangeable brass knobs and a real knob, and a dial button.
How to change these are inspired by this change on a camera lens. The body is made of copper that has been galvanized and painted after that in order to improve the appearance as it wears. Rotary phone combines mechanical design Steampunk and minimalist, the more it makes very interesting finish.
It is also a modular handset, with parts replaced, a new technology arrives.
